By accessing or using Seven APIs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Seven APIs provides a platform for creating, deploying, and managing APIs. Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis with deployment on AWS infrastructure.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Per-Request Pricing System
Our service operates on a per-request pricing model with a minimum commitment of $19 USD per month. Each API request is charged based on its response time and memory usage. Costs vary from $0.000009 to $0.006554 per request depending on these factors. You may purchase additional credits at any time during the month, and all credits expire at the end of each calendar month.
5. Service Access and Usage
Your API access is determined by your current usage and minimum monthly commitment. If your usage exceeds the minimum commitment, you'll be billed for the additional requests. We monitor and charge based on actual resource consumption, ensuring transparent and fair pricing.
6. Resource Consumption Calculation
Request costs are calculated based on two primary factors: response time (ranging from 3000ms to 60000ms) and memory allocation (from 256MB to 10GB). The exact cost per request is determined by these parameters, with our pricing table available for reference in your dashboard.
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available through our services are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of Seven APIs or its licensors.
9. Platform Integration
Seven APIs is designed to be seamlessly integrated with various applications and platforms, including but not limited to Lovable, Replit, v0, Bolt, Gemini Studio, and other low-code/no-code platforms. Our AWS-hosted infrastructure ensures reliable performance and scalability for all integrations.
